Runtime crash when building all examples

[reported by heller] [Trac time Sat Jun 23 09:35:50 2012] At the workshop I currently am I got someone to try out hpx.
He built all the examples, however, the sine component made the simplest_hello_world crash.

His environment is:
gcc 4.4.5
boost 1.49
hpx 0.8.1

I think we need to verify that before the release.
