Arachne makes extra exterior seams with thin exterior wall

How to reproduce

1. Import object with hole very close to outside (see project file)
2. Select Arachne Wall generator
3. Slice

Actual results

The wall by the hole just has a short section, resulting in seams to either side.:

This seems to happen with any wall order.
This also happens with Prusa slicer.
