We should implement a CLI client for the daemon. This needs to works as spamc and compatible with spamd.

Why do we want to do this? Is there a reason that you wouldn't want to just use spamc?

No reason for now, e.g. I imagine that this would be the last thing we do here. However at some point we might want to improve on the existing protocol and/or options and diverge from spamc/spamd so we will also need a client.
