Custom buttons Firefox 69

I've got a bunch of custom buttons for Quantum that were created at

I'm currently using Fx 68.02. Working fine there, but I want to transition to Firefox 69. I followed the link there to your userchrome.xml for Firefox 69, but it's not working for me. The buttons don't appear. I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.
