Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, i don't want every UI element to have border line. Like the option “shadows” gives toggles to disable the shadow from a UI element, we want similar option for border lines.

Describe the solution you'd like
Giving options to enable or disable border line from buttons or UI element users want.
