If I remove a column but do not save this change, I should be able to see the column name on add column screen #224

When I click on remove a column and then cancel the removal the column remains on the screen, but is not possible to change the column name.

Steps to reproduce error

Click on "Column" button.
Click on remove for any column
Click on "Close" instead of save
Click on "Column" button again.
I can only remove the column if I click on "Save" button, but is not possible to change the column name anymore.
