What's New page, "New Feed Items" displayed every time when a live feed is upcoming

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Have a subscription that has an upcoming live event,
2. Pull down to refresh the available feeds,
3. Observe "New Feed Items" message,
4. Repeat 2 and 3 as many times as you like.

Expected behavior

The "New Feed Items" only shown the first time, and only if new feeds are actually available.

Actual behavior

"New Feed Items" is shown every single time a refresh is performed
