Vertically moveable Button Text/Title

Hi again,

Keeping the Button Title always centered was a good choice. But the ability to move the Button Title on the vertical plane would make the feature complete.

For example:
The Iconpack I'm using (mentioned in another issue) has some extra space on the bottom of most Buttons to add/use a Custom Title.
