Welcome to the NorMIT-Plan wiki!

This extention for Slicer currently contains two modules:

• Vessel Segmentation
• Resection Planning

This module can be built against a compiled version of Slicer 4.8, and then linked in the Slicer settings under "additional module paths": Path/To/Build/NorMIT-Plan/lib/Slicer-4.8/qt-loadable-modules

We currently compile and run tests using CircleCI (when new commits are pushed) and the results of the tests are uploaded to the dashboard seen here:
