Migrated from the original issue at https://www.assembla.com/spaces/tracks-tickets/tickets/1423

If action A depends on action B, both in project X, then action A should be shown in the "Deferred/pending actions in this project" part of project X. This is the case if the project is marked as active. However, for hidden projects both actions are shown in "Actions in this project".

this one is a bit to much to fix on 2.2 branch since the current hidden state is messed up. editing dependencies in a hidden project goes wrong too.

do not use dependencies in a hidden project.

I'd like to add a tag "state model changes" (or something similar) to this issues, and other related issues. I think I need more rights to be allowed to do that. EDIT: I need to be a collaborator. Please add me using the "+" menu in the upper right.

@C-Otto GitHub's permissions aren't that fine-grained -- it's full write access, or none. The small team of people with write access to the repo have each made significant contributions to Tracks over time; when you get to that level, we will be happy to add you. For the time being, we can handle the tags. Thanks!
