Drawer-like behavior for the sidebar #280

I had a customer request for this new feature, so I went ahead and implemented.

The idea is that:

  • opening the sidebar should reduce the viewer size;
  • navigating the publication in any way should not close the sidebar (only clicking on the sidebar button);
  • closing it should restore the previous viewer size.
