Dynamic Course Map

Could someone please clarify the step 3 instruction for creating a Dynamic Unit/Course Map Table?
"3. Add Blackboard resources e.g. folders using the index column title + ":" + resource row as a prefix.
e.g. Week 1: Lecture Schematics."
For example, if I had a simple table like this:

Week	Learn
Week 1	Here you will do
Week 2

What would I write either after the text "Here you will do" or in the cell below it, to link to a resource titled "Folder"?

You should first create an organisation/course link to the resource "Folder". Title this link "Week 1: Learn Folder" and write the same in the Unit Map Table after "Here you will do" and what will appear is "Here you will do Folder" with "Folder" linked to the necessary resource. The organisation/course link will be hidden from student view.
