how to connect the botnet.exe to the control panel #66

i have compiled the botnet and setting up the control panel successfully, but i don't have any idea how to connect them together.
note: after executing the botnet (bot.exe) nothing happened
any help please

i m working on my local-host , so i think i don't have to update anything
