Trick Die consuming mana from a trick even if the trick was never activated #808

Forge version: 43.3.0
Psi version: 1.19-101.

Further Information

Link to crash log: (please use a paste site such as gist, do not attach the .txt or paste the log inline)
Steps to reproduce:
Put trick die in top left
Put a 0 next to it
Attach 0 to trick die
put any mana-consuming trick anywhere else
cast spell
mana consumed even though the trick was never activated

What I expected to happen: spell does nothing

What happened instead: spell does nothing, but consumes some mana
