Describe the bug
Keyboard shortcuts assigned to Visual Studio are still being handled by vsvim.

To Reproduce
Highlight text with the mouse, then press control-c.

Expected behavior
Put the highlighted text in Windows' clipboard.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Visual Studio version: VS Community 2022
VsVim version: 2.10.0.6
Programming Language: C++
Check(Type 'x') any that are installed:
- ReSharper
- Visual Assist
