Navigation block not responding consistently on different posts

Hallo,
the navigation block I created for my website looses its original formatting on certain posts of my website.
For example:

• on mobile phone the menu (navigation block) of this post has wrong formatting:
  https://italyget.com/decision-17161-2023/
  

• in this other post, instead, the same menu and navigation block looks correct:
  https://italyget.com/italian-consulate-no-appointments/

I tried examing the code for any difference between the two pages, but I was not able to find any.
