When launching the game I see this two messages:
Sound: ERROR - Unrecognized audio format while loading /usr/share/games/abuse/music/intro.hmi
Sound: ERROR - Unrecognized audio format while loading /usr/share/games/abuse/music/abuse00.hmi

I cannot open them with any player (neither mpv, ffplay...)

Thanks

These are MIDI files. Knowing which distro you're on, I've fixed this by requiring sdl2-mixer[midi,wav]. 😉

I'm getting:

Sound: ERROR - No SoundFonts have been requested while loading /usr/local/share/abuse/music/intro.hmi
Sound: ERROR - No SoundFonts have been requested while loading /usr/local/share/abuse/music/abuse00.hmi

and no sfx either.

I've copied music and sfx from a compiled 0.8 version (FreeBSD ports)
Any hints?
