Add documentation for e-commerce specific assessments and scoring criteria to developer.yoast.com

This task is related to another task on adding documentation on Free and Premium assessments.
In this task, we want to add documentation on:

• e-commerce specific assessments, such as the Lists assessment - these are assessments that are available both in Woo and Shopify
• the scoring criteria that apply to e-commerce content types on assessments that are also available in Free and Premium. Note that this should cover all e-commerce content types: products (Woo and Shopify), collections (Shopify), blog posts (Shopify), blogs (Shopify), and pages (Shopify).
• Woo-specific assessments, such as the short product description assessment

Most of this documentation already exists on Confluence. It is also part of this task to decide how exactly to incorporate this documentation together with the rest of the analysis documentation on developer.yoast.com.
