Deprecate support for duplicating WooCommerce orders

What is the goal of this issue?

Current behavior:

• Make sure WooCommerce is activated.
• In Settings > Duplicate Post > Permissions > Enable for these post types, make sure Orders is ticked.
• Go to WooCommerce > Orders and create a new order.
• In the Orders overview, mark the tick box next to the order and open the Bulk actions.
• You will see the Duplicate Plugin actions Clone and Rewrite & Republish, see screenshot.
• Selecting e.g. Clone will create duplicate of the order.

Upcoming changes in WooCommerce

• When WooCommerce introduces HPOS as a default (it's currently an opt-in feature), copying orders won't function anymore.

What needs to be done to achieve the goal?

Does the issue still need UX or research?

If available: what are the tips for fixing the problem or possible solutions?

What is the expected result/behavior?

• We should remove any Duplicate Plugin functionality for the WooCommerce orders type.

Should documentation be added or updated for this change? and if so, where?

• Relevant documentation on yoast.com should be changed.
