[2.3.0-RC1 test] Unable to get ACF URL as internal link on another post

Testing this PR: #193

It works in the keyphrase metabox:

but the links do not get stored in the database, so they are not shown in the posts overview:

So while they do count towards the score, they are not actually stored and it looks like that's why they can't be used to determine internal linking.

Discussed this with @IreneStr and this can be seen as 2 different features. So one feature is the analysis score and the other is the actual usage of internal linking. The latter does not work with this PR, but the first one does. Creating this issue so that the second feature might get implemented sometime.
