mooRatings provides a UI for rating with stars. Based on ripter/jquery.rating.
[added] support for options [added] option to keep showing the selectbox (false by default) [added] change event for selectbox to trigger rating [added] option to display stars in a custom container [added] option to set a default rating to start with

[fixed] default when no rating is given is no longer '1' by default
