Move games elsewhere

Currently, people's submitted games being in this repository makes looking through commits harder than it should be (in addition to making the download size of the repository larger). I propose that people's games are either moved to a new repository (perhaps called wasm4-games) or to an entirely different interface, such as submitting via the website.

The first option would be easier to implement as it is close to the status quo, however, it makes submitting games rather unapproachable imo, so I think the second option would be better as a long term goal.
