Include tensorflow version in the docs #258

Hi,

Since this package is highly dependent on tensorflow, it would be good to highlight the current version used within eleanor. For example, I just upgraded tensorflow to 2.9.1 and eleanor no longer works correclty.

I'm having similar issues with tf version 2.12.0

This seems to be an issue with Python 3.9.0 which doesn't support tensorflow versions < 2.5.0. These updated tf versions display this error.

AttributeError: module 'tensorflow' has no attribute 'logging'
