Discussion on desired breaking changes for AiiDA v3.0

This issue is to start collecting changes that would in principle be good to add to aiida-core but that would be breaking and so would require AiiDA v3.0. There are no concrete plans for AiiDA v3.0 whatsoever at the moment.

• Renaming the ToContext/to_context concepts of the WorkChain
• Make validation of attributes and extras explicitly recursive
• Should the local_copy_list files take precedence?

Hello there, I am wondering whether RabbitMQ will be dropped at a certain point. Recently I am always having issues with it when launching heavy workchains that spawn lots of sub-processes, and it's starting getting quite limiting.
