I'm trying to use this to make a website from scratch. I came here from html5up.net, but I haven't really found any real docs (website with getting started guide, etc). I really like the look of this framework when looking at html5up, and I really want to use it.

Have you been here?: https://github.com/ajlkn/skel/tree/master/docs

Baseline also provides some information about the file/directory structure: https://github.com/ajlkn/baseline

I have seen those docs, but I would like a getting started example or at least a point in to right direction.

Download the source from whatever template you like, edit the html as you see fit.

You can treat the css and js files as libraries, as they'll provide everything that skel has to offer, already configured and ready to go.

The thing is, is I want to build at all from scratch. I just want to make something like what's on html5up, without a template.

Would love to see deeper explanation on navigation. I guess if he did that though it would negate usefulness of Pixelarity

Best thing you can do is to use Wayback Machine to get yourself a copy of the original Skel doc site.
