Is it possible to set row height in Grid Layout?

Is it possible at all to set the row height?
If, for example, i want my screen to have 2 rows with 2 columns, each 50% wide and 50% high, i would think i could do it by setting row height to 50%, or 6s.
But this feature is not available (i don't think).

Is there another way to do this, or maybe this is a new feature request?
