Dynamic title text box width please

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Closing open tasks is a pain in the bum. You have to hit the tiny chevron. I'd expect the title text box size to be dynamic so I can tap anywhere on the task title area (without text )to minimize

Make the tasks draggable when maxamised too because they are too easy to open
