因网络问题无法启动arthas

• 我已经在 issues 里搜索，没有重复的issue。

环境信息

• arthas-boot.jar 或者 as.sh 的版本： 3.7.2
• linux系统不能访问外网

重现问题的步骤

1. java -jar -Darthas.checkUpdate=false /root/arthas-boot.jar
2. [ERROR] Can not read arthas version from: https://arthas.aliyun.com/api/latest_version
   [ERROR] Can not find Arthas under local: /root/.arthas/lib and remote repo mirror: aliyun
   [ERROR] Unable to download arthas from remote server, please download the full package according to wiki: https://github.com/alibaba/arthas

期望能正常运行arthas

实际运行的结果

实际运行结果，没法运行起来，报了错

这个能给一下需要访问的域名嘛，这边试了只开arthas.aliyun.com这个域名还是下载不了
