目前我们一个应用从ipam系统拿到的几个ip是互不相连的，使用subnet的设置start和end + reservedIPs的话，要计算很多reservedIPs。。。
希望在subnet中增加一个ipList， 直接把对应的ip加进去，那就可以直接使用对应的ip就行了。
