Took bookmarks out for 1.0; 1.n ideas for further use

• Switch to allowing multiple bookmarks (display on profile page in list with linked Chapter title and page number shown); if can type short note describing why bookmarked, could be nice bonus feature
• Autoset single bookmark to most recent page visited

With either option, add tickmark(s) for bookmark to viz in issue #154.

For either, try placement of smaller icon that fits entirely in menubar after other menu links, or adding to annosidebar drawer handle?

Change bookmarks to automatically the last book page you visit?
Rule flagging page when visited, keep w/rule only allowing single bookmark per user, so user only has bookmark on latest page visited.
