Bring I18N capabilities to AsanaNG.
Initial target: languages already supported by AsanaNG.
List of languages: English, Deutsch(German), Français(French), Español(Spanish), Português(Portuguese), 日本語(Japanese).

Content to be translated: manifest, popup (browser action), info page.
