So I''m finding out that the old Nehahra mod (which is distinct from the machinima) ran on a custom modified Quake engine back in the day and is kind of a pain to get to run on modern systems. However, FitzQuake and Mark V by extension, as well as the (now very out of date) reQuiem have implemented compatibility options that make it work - might it be worth porting those up into Ironwail?

I think it would be much more beneficial overall for someone to just port Nehahra itself to support quakespasm's or ironwail's features
