Alternative field order

It will be cool if you add ability to another field order when create new entry.
First should be showed main fields, such as Web Site, Login, Password, and next Name and Description. And Name will prefill as part of main field by default. For example if it web site "www.site.com/111" then Name prefill with "www.site.com".
