See also #317. A suggestion from Oook is that the branding spells could be replaced by a Protect Ammo spell, reducing breakage chance.

v4 is all about rebalancing stuff like this, so no need to remove them. This ticket is therefore about V 3.x

Permanent brands removed with new classes for 4.2.
