Custom Build produces old 0.10 version

The website's custom build downloads 0.10 instead of the current 0.11

We're aware of this but it'll take a bit of effort to get this working again. Currently, we're using a server to build the packages, but I see that Twitter Bootstrap is doing this in the browser. It'll probably be a day's work to get follow their methods on their customizer. PRs are welcome if anyone wants to take on it. It'll take some understanding of our Grunt build process.
