angular.dev: youtube embeds are being blocked on firefox

When visiting pages with Youtube Embeds a message will show saying "Page Blocked, An error occured during the connection to www.youtube.com"

Example pages where this happens:

This does not happen on the angular.io docs

I'm currently having a look at this. We have the same issue on safari.

Refused to display 'https://www.youtube.com/embed/bavWOHZM6zE' in a frame because of Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy.

Looks like a COEP issue.
