Try installing VMS on MAC OS X, Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora e.t.c), Windows and write a blog about your experience. Update wiki with any new instruction that is missing, if needed.

I am using OS X 10.10.5

It would be helpful for the installation instructions to explain how to install Python and which version to install. I also ran into the issue of "-bash: pip: command not found" which pretty much stymied all my efforts to keep working on anything. Not sure how to address that in the installation instructions (trying to Google my way to a solution so far has not proved fruitful--I am just too much of a newbie to be able to effectively troubleshoot this.)

@tapasweni-pathak : Shall I go ahead writing one, if we still need one? I have done a system-wide installation of vms in Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial recently. Shall put up all the problems faced and how I resolved them. Do let me know.

Hey, I installed this project locally and I faced some issue which i think needs to be mentioned for newcomers like me.

So where do I need to write about it?
