Annotorious 3: realtime annotation proof-of-concept with Reflect

Important this issue is about Annotorious v3, which is currently a separate branch in this repository.

Annotorious is about to get a new major release. Annotorious 3 is a complete re-write, and will fix many of the issues that people had with the previous version. One (if not the) major enhancement is the new state management, which provides a basis for real-time synchronization and live collaborative annotation.

It would be fantastic to build a simple proof-of-concept that uses Reclect to synchronize Annotorious clients.

I realize this might be near impossible to do given the current lack of documentation. But if you are interested, let me know and I'm happy to help!
