Warning messages in log for "ModPagespeed:noscript?"

Using the latest beta version, I still some some errors in my logs relating to 
the noscript quoting (issue 627)

The errors are along the lines of 
[Thu Jan 23 14:18:54 2014] [warn] [mod_pagespeed 1.7.30.3-3721 @662] Invalid 
value for ModPagespeed: noscript? (should be on, off, unplugged, or noscript)
[Thu Jan 23 14:18:54 2014] [warn] [mod_pagespeed 1.7.30.3-3721 @662] Invalid 
PageSpeed query params or headers for request 
http://www.sellmyretro.com/?ModPagespeed=noscript?. Serving with default 
options.

Can you see if there's a corresponding access.log entry for the query?  I'm 
wondering if there's another crawler or something that is appending another "?" 
without realizing the URL already has a "?".  Maybe the access.log entry will 
provide another clue.
