Deploy new javascript minifier

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The old one was limited and could get confused with complex regex literals and 
other trivia.

There is a new one committed in 
https://code.google.com/p/modpagespeed/source/detail?r=3748 which we should 
deploy in MPS/NPS.

The new unit tests in that source update highlight some constructs that were 
broken in the old minifier and work in the new one.
