aardvark: display of "info" tab data is very slow with v3.12

My Environment

• ArangoDB Version: 3.12.0 Enterprise
• Deployment Mode: Single Server
• Deployment Strategy: systemd
• Infrastructure: own
• Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04
• Total RAM in your machine: 64GB
• Disks in use: SSD
• Used Package: Ubuntu .deb

Component, Query & Data

Affected feature:
aardvark (web interface)

Dataset:
For ex. a collection having 10M+ documents

Size of your Dataset on disk:
TB

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Web interface on port 8529 HTTP
2. Click a collection having a lot of documents
3. "Info" tab shows up, starts loading, and takes a very long time to display its data
4. Once data is displayed, change tab (for ex. to "Content"), go back to "Info", takes a long time again (no cache)

Problem:
"Info" tab data was showing instantly up to v3.11

Expected result:
Quicker display of "Info" tab data
