Axes do not respect the auto delta ET and delta BT check boxes when running designer

Describe the bug
When Tools | designer is checked, you may have a shortened delta scale even if auto BT and auto ET are checked in Config / Axes. This makes it impossible to see the entire Delta BT curve.

To Reproduce

1. Open Artisan and click on Reset to clear the current roast.
2. Go to Config | Axes and turn on Auto ET and Auto BT in the Delta Axis block.
3. Start Designer by clicking Tools | Designer.

Expected behavior
The designer should have set the delta axis to a reasonable value…but in my case the min value was 0 and the max value was not shown. The Delta BT curve is not visible other than the extreme first part. (Axes max value set to 1)

Additional context
There is also some weirdness where the max values will be reset if the min values are less than 0 and the auto boxes are checked.

Note: If you set the delta BT and ET axes to “manual” by unchecking the auto checkboxes you can set reasonable values for the max and min delta axis value…this works fine.

Here is screenshot of what I am seeing when auto axes is checked and in designer. Note the Delta BT curve is only partially visible.
