Include a demo project showing best practices around using database, storing token in redis/memory with middleware of authenticated routes, and /login /register end points.

Would be great for beginners :)

Hello @AdityaAnand1 I'm in the midst of implementing something similar. Only thing I can find that looks remotely similar is this #25

But not sure how that helps in my case. Any ideas how one may proceed with this?
