midi CC in suppatches not updated when using "parameter on parent"

Hi,

I found two bugs related to midi CC in subpatches.

first one is that there is a mismatch between the midi channel set in the settings and the one set on the parent selector.

This led me into further digging and while I thought midi CC was incorrectly mapped to the wrong channel I found that that was not the case. However dials that are drawn on parent do not get updated when changed with a mapped CC in the subpatch... this is a usability bug.
