Some functions are needlessy slow, e.g. String.cuts_{right,left}. A bit of unsafe_get seems due, aswell as avoiding some allocations.

Add B0_lines.

Mitigates #2. But also agnostic the platform line
convention. Something simple break function can't do
anyways.
