If you don't use any favourites functionality, the skin will work in Omega if you manually update the addon.xml file and change the xbmc.gui version from 5.15.0 to 5.17.0. On my Nvidia Shield the file was in /internal/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/addons/skin.amber. You'll have to restart Kodi after changing the file in order for it to recognise that the skin is available.
