This is Perl module Plack::Middleware::Curlizer.
Plack::Middleware::Curlizer installation is straightforward. If your CPAN shell is set up, you should just be able to do
% cpan Plack::Middleware::CurlizerDownload it, unpack it, then build it as per the usual:
% perl Makefile.PL
% make && make testThen install it:
% make installPlack::Middleware::Curlizer documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:
% perldoc Plack::Middleware::CurlizerPlack::Middleware::Curlizer is hosted on github http://github.com/bayashi/Plack-Middleware-Curlizer
