FFT_UI - sends average FFT data over OSC
mouseOscController - mouse osc signals
ofxKinectPointCloud - working with point cloud data, saturation, and camera movement
openNI_NetworkController - sends cursor data over OSC and potentially other data
VJ_DisplayApp - using a simple GLSL shader , listens to openNI_NetworkController, current still does it's own FFT
