New Child will not close/remove #10

After clicking "Add New Child", if you want to remove the child box nothing happens when you click. I could still remove the existing children in the demo, but not the new children. Thoughts?

Ah, it's because the .remove_button click handler doesn't get added for new children. Whoops.
