NativeException when running more than one scenario in a cucumber feature

Not sure why this is happening on my app, but it's horribly unproductive.

org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: The target server failed to respond (NativeException)
(druby://127.0.0.1:50648) -e:1

Basically this means I have to create huge features or split akephalos features out into separate features and start them with completely separate cucumber processes :(
